System update: February 20th - Low Performance page enhancements

We’ve boosted the performance of the Low Performance page!

Some of you might have noticed that the low performance page has been a little bit slow to load, particularly if you’ve been collecting low performance data for a while, or if you’ve adopted new evaluation workflows where assessments are happening more often. We’re happy to report that we’ve made a few changes to the page to address this issue, and make the page load faster.
The first change you’ll notice is that we’ve added a date filter to the pages in each of the tabs. The filter uses the rotation/moment dates indicated on the forms. By default, the page will load flags on forms with dates since the beginning of the current academic year, ordered from newest to oldest. You can change the date range to anything you like.
We’ve also added pagination features. You can view 10, 50, or 100 flags at a given time (the page defaults to 50) and then page through the results, if all of the flags can’t fit on one page. The pages default to sorting by date, with the most recent at the top, so you can access the flags you are most likely to need quickly and easily.
Another change with the pagination is that the sorting rules in the table apply to the results currently displayed in the table only. If you sort by level or rotation, for example, you are not sorting all possible results - only the results currently displayed on the page. Note that if you change the sorting on one page, and then move to the next, the page remembers how you want the records sorted.

If you work with low performance on a regular basis, these changes should make a big difference in your experience with the page.

System update: February 1st 2017

Forgot password workflow

We’re always looking for opportunities to improve the security and privacy of your data in one45. With that in mind, we’ve just released an update to our password reset workflow with security in mind.
The new password reset workflow has two changes. The first is that one45 no longer sends temporary passwords over email. When you reset your password you now get an email with a link that takes you to a page where you can set a new password.
The second change is that the page where you set a new password has gotten a much overdue facelift.

Once the user has confirmed the new password, they will be directly logged into their one45 eDossier.

See our help page for more detailed instructions.
