Support for Internet Explorer 9 (IE9) and 10 (IE10) is ending May 1, 2017

Microsoft announced in January that they were ending support for IE9 and IE10 (https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/WindowsForBusiness/End-of-IE-support). one45 will follow Microsoft’s lead and discontinue our support for these browsers as of May 1, 2017.

What will change for me if I use one of these older browsers?

Beginning with any releases in May 2017, we will no longer be testing our tools on IE9 and IE10, and we will not be addressing any bugs or performance issues that may occur when using those browsers.
You may find that over time some features or functionality no longer work in IE9 or IE10. This will be a gradual change over time, as we make updates in one45 that may be incompatible with these browsers.

Why is one45 ending support for these browsers

We want to provide the best possible experience for our customers. The time required to support these older browsers is time that we would rather spend on finding new ways to make you more productive and successful.

What do I need to do?

99% of one45’s users will be unaffected by this change. We recommend that you work with your IT team to upgrade any of the very old computers that you might still need to work with. Our system supports many other, free browsers that you may wish to consider if you can’t fully migrate away from IE9 or IE10. As of May 2017 we will officially support the following browsers:
  1. Internet Explorer 11 and Microsoft Edge
  2. Mozilla Firefox, most recent stable version
  3. Google Chrome, most recent stable version
  4. Apple Safari 10 and newer
